**1. Return Eligibility**
- **Standard Orders:** Returns are accepted within **14 days** of receiving your order, provided the items are in new, unused, and resaleable condition with original packaging.
- **Custom Orders:** We do not accept returns on **custom orders**. Custom pieces are made specifically for you, and as such, cannot be returned or exchanged.
**2. Restocking Fee**
A **20% restocking fee** will apply to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and processing the return.
**3. Delivery and Service Fees**
Please note that any **delivery charges**, including but not limited to shipping and handling fees, are **non-refundable**. In addition, any service fees associated with the delivery or setup of your furniture will not be refunded.
**4. Return Shipping Costs**
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipment of the items back to our warehouse.
- Furniture must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, and it must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
**5. How to Return an Item**

**6. Refunds**
Once the returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed, minus the 20% restocking fee and any non-refundable delivery or service fees. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement, repair, or refund.
**8. Exchanges**
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item under the conditions stated above and place a new order for the replacement item.
**9. Final Sale Items**
Some items may be marked as **final sale** and are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
